Should you request a recommendation, please provide appropriate information such as deadlines that you are facing, to whom to send it, the address, and all necessary forms. Please also provide a stamped and addressed envelope. Finally, to assure that your application is complete, please contact the school after a reasonable period of time to assure their having received the recommendation.
